Overview
MitoiX does not require account registration and does not collect personal information through normal browsing. This site runs no analytics, tracking, or advertising scripts of any kind, and sets no cookies of its own. Some study pages carry a disclosed affiliate link. Following such a link takes you to the retailer, who may then set their own cookies under their own privacy policy; nothing is shared with them from this site beyond the fact that you arrived from it. No sponsored placements, no ads.txt. See the affiliate disclosure.
Contact and licensing forms
If you use the contact form or the licensing enquiry form on the About page, the information you provide (name, subject/organisation, message, and — for the licensing form only — an email address) is submitted to Netlify Forms and stored on Netlify's servers so we can read and respond. The general contact form does not ask for or require an email address. See Netlify's privacy policy for how they handle submissions.
Cookies and tracking
MitoiX does not set cookies of its own and loads no third-party tracking scripts.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the current policy. Questions about this policy can be sent via the contact page.
